Excellent place and location. Work every penny! Positive: The apartment was very modern and comfortable. Negative: The AC did not work great. It never got below 73 F

Bien placé mais nécessiterait un rafraîchissement Positive: Superbe emplacement, appartement joliment décoré et meublé, pièce de vie agréable, très belle terrasse sur le toit Negative: Absence de Clim fonctionnelle, nous avons eu très chaud (le thermomètre affichait 26). WIFI extrêmement faible, ce qui est étonnant en plein Québec. Rideaux tachés mais surtout blancs transparents. Très difficile de dormir dans le canapé lit après le lever du soleil. Cela ne coûterait pas plus cher de mettre des rideaux occultants, surtout quand on loue l’appartement pour 4 personnes et que 2 personnes doivent dormir dans le canapé lit qui est peu confortable.

Bon rapport qualité prix et localisation Positive: Très belle décoration et il y a tout ce qu'il faut et des super produits de douche. Negative: Difficultés à trouver les infos comme la wifi ou si on avait su que l'on pouvait aller sur les toits on aurait profité et les poubelles étaient pleines.

Great stay Positive: Location was perfectly situated by Old Port Quebec City and steps from Old Quebec City. Everything was within walking distance. The accommodations had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was very clean and organized. If you have a car, there are two public parking lots around the corner and across the street. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Negative: Some potlights were out so the bedroom and some areas were a bit dark. This can be easily remedied.

Positive: Close to old Quebec. Easy walking around. Negative: Bad internet. It kept failing.

Great location but apartment needs refreshing Positive: Convenient location in the lower old city. Lots of kitchen ware. Negative: It was a little rundown and needs refreshing. For instance, the curtains were dirty and some of the linens were dirty. The comforter on the bed had a small amount of dried blood on it as did the bath mat. There was only one bath towel per person and a single hand towel for the two of us for a four night stay. Only one small bar soap and one small container of body wash and shampoo were provided. The washer had a moldy liner and mildew growing on it. The throw pillows on the couch were dirty.

N & G - Juin 2025 Positive: Bel appartement, lumineux, bien meublé et très bien équipé, très propre. Contact facile et réponses rapides lorsque nous avons eu des questions. Situation intéressante proche du Quartier Petit Champlain ; pour visiter l'autre partie du Vieux Québec, il fallait "grimper" mais cela se fait assez facilement (sinon, possible d'utiliser le funiculaire). A ne pas manquer , la Promenade des Gouverneurs, l'Observatoire de la Capitale, l'Hôtel du Parlement ... Negative: Accès à l'appartement 3ème étage sans ascenseur (mais nous étions informés 🙂) ; Avec de grosses valises , c'est un peu sportif, mais les escaliers et paliers sont suffisamment larges...

Séjour parfait dans 1 cadre très agréable Positive: L'emplacement est parfait, le logement très confortable et bien aménagé, et très propre. Le calme dans le quartier est très appréciable. Negative: Il devait y avoir quelques dosette de café ou de thé pour dépanner lorsque nous arrivons tard.

Positive: Une petite merveille à quelques pas du musée et du petit Champlain. On y retournera. Le service a été extraordinaire, on m’a aidée pour mon code à mon arrivée. On y retournera!

Super location with different parking options. Found some great restaurants in the neighborhood. (Matto) Bed was very comfortable

Perfect Getaway in Vieux Quebec Positive: Everything was perfect. We had an amazing view from our room. The apartment was exceptional in every way; clean, tidy, and welcoming. The location was fantastic. 👌 We were grateful for the fully equipped kitchen (l couldn't find a bottle opener 🤔). The washing facilities were a God send, too . My husband and I shared the pull out couch and were pleased that it was very comfortable. We took several short walks enjoying the unique architecture and statues, and every home and business had colorful flower boxes. Negative: I have nothing negative to say about the apartment itself, except at the front door, the room was not well lit. We found it impossible to have enough light in the 'bedroom' at the front. Also, we found the stairs a little much. If we visit again, I would hope to be able to stay on the lower floor. While there were plenty of parking options available, we found that even though we paid for 24 hours, if we left for some sightseeing or left to pick up a few groceries, we returned to a full lot. If there was a way to secure parking, that would be fantastic 😀

Good location and nicely appointed room, but smaller than anticipated (really not much larger than a large hotel room Positive: Location was great. Liked that the front door had a code and the room door had a combo lock box for the key. Room was nicely stocked with silverware, cooking utensils, plates/glasses, etc - had everything we needed to fix maybe 1/2 our meals here. Everything was clean and functioning - yay! Negative: The air conditioning didn’t get the bedroom area (really just the entry room, NOT a separate bedroom as we thought) cold enough to sleep - was 75-77F+ our whole stay, despite calling management and asking them to make the room colder (and then coming into the room to “fix” the issue 2 days into a 7 day stay). Toilet paper and paper towels were about as thin as I ever seen paper products. Not a big deal, but had to take our own trash out at the end of our stay (isn’t that part of the cleaning fee?).

Brilliant location and modern apartment. Would be ideal for a couple. Highly recommend this location. Positive: Amazing location. Very safe and easy to walk to main sights. Dishwasher and washing facilities much appreciated. Good shower. Clean bathroom and kitchen. Roof terrace was amazing. Couldn’t hear any noise from other apartments or street. Safe parking next to apartment Negative: Curtains very thin in living room so woken early if on sofabed. Bit cramped for a family of four. Bin not emptied from previous occupant.

Better than a hotel room but costs less Positive: Location is great and felt safe. You need only walk to the back of the building to be on a street loaded with restaurants and shops. From there it's a 2 minute walk to the many restaurants, shops, and attractions on cobblestone roads below the wall. During the weekdays, it was easy to grab a spot in the paid parking lot next to the building. Use the parking app if you don't know French. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Negative: The only tiny issue is that we were on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator. Anyone with mobility issues needs to be aware of this.

A refaire Positive: Confortable et chaleureux ! Bien équipé et calme. Plutôt bien placé
